JoogalKids is a fun method of creative movement, mindfullness, music and meditation, that improves moticity and concentration in babies and kids, based on the ancient wisdom of the Hebrew alephbet.   It is a way of training children to strengthen their body, mind and soul while learning universal values through play and meditation.  JoogalKIds is the best and most innovative way for kids to learn, exercise and have fun at the same time.
