Caren Schnur Neile is a storyteller and affiliate professor at Florida Atlantic University specializing in storytelling studies. Neile holds a PhD and MFA and is a graduate of the Jewish Theological Seminary. She teaches, performs and produces storytelling events throughout the U.S. and abroad, including as a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Jerusalem and Vienna. She has presented at Limmud New York and was a featured presenter at the 16th Conference of the International Association of Yiddish Clubs. Neile is a columnist on Jewish storytelling for the Florida Jewish Journal and co-hosts the segment of the Public Storyteller weekly on public radio WLRN 91.3 FM. Among her numerous publications, she co-wrote Hidden: A Sister and Brother in Nazi Poland and contributed to the Encyclopedia of Jewish-American Literature
