Lyon (Lenny) Roth is a partner at OurCrowd, in Jerusalem, and is a co-founder of Yarotek; a Miami based solar energy enterprise. He is a graduate of McGill University and Harvard Law School and is a former law clerk to Madame Justice Claire L'Heureux-Dube of the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Roth was an attorney in mergers and acquisitions at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York and spent six years as a senior executive at Koor Industries in Tel-Aviv. He is an adjunct professor of Business Law & Ethics at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale and at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Mr. Roth is a governor of BGU and past chair of their investment committee in the US. He co-chairs the Florida Congressional Committee pro-Israel PAC and is a member of the Israeli Consulate’s Speakers Bureau in Miami. He has served on several community and corporate boards in Israel and the US. Mr. Roth chairs Israel Bonds for southeast Florida.
