She specializes in conditions commonly linked to inflammation such as autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, allergies, food sensitivities, asthma, sinus issues, obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, COPD, thyroid issues, osteoporosis, arthritis, and multiple neurological conditions. She is also the nutrition advisor to Kosher Organics, an organization providing kosher certification for natural and organic products and a resource for nutrition and wellness information for the Jewish community. Staci acknowledges that making healthy lifestyle changes is not always easy. Her mission is to give people the tools they need to be successful in transitioning to a healthy lifestyle. Her most sought after tool to date is the release of her upcoming book, The Meat & Potatoes of a Healthy Meal Plan…no bun intended. You can also get lots of healthy recipes and wellness tips by following her on Pinterest. In private consults, Staci does not believe in a cookie-cutter approach and listens to the patient’s needs, lifestyle, and medical history to customize her recommendations to the individual. If needed, Staci will also use well-researched herbs and nutrients for additional support to help people reach their goals toward optimal health.
